Katara Lodge is situated on the Great Rift Valley escarpment in Western Uganda. Guests enjoy unobstructed views of Lake Edward and the Rwenzori mountain ranges from the lodge. Free WiFi is available.

Each room is fitted with a wardrobe, a worktable and designed with an en-suite bathroom. Guests enjoy a clear view of the surroundings through the balcony.

Local and continental meals are offered at the onsite bar, while a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are served at the bar. Outdoor dining is available at the terrace. Guests enjoy swimming sessions at the outdoor pool which is flanked by recliner seats.

The lodge is located 16km from the Katunguru gate of the Queen Elizabeth National park.
